The RE//VINED series includes three epic journeys through Western Australia’s highly cellar-brated wine regions.

RE//PERTH is proud to present the best of Swan Valley, Margaret River, and Great Southern wines in this exclusive event series. Whether you a novice or a regular sommelier, there is truly something for everyone to savour and enjoy.

Guiding you through your vino adventure is none other than WA Good Food Guide Sommelier of the Year, Foni Pollitt. Foni is an award-winning sommelier, restaurateur and WSET educator. She is also currently undertaking her Master of Wine – a qualification which has been attained by less than 450 people in the world. I think it’s safe to say you’re in good hands!

Alongside Foni’s wealth of wine knowledge, you will get to enjoy a belly full of laughs with your host, James Hancox. As an actor, writer and theatre-maker, James has become well known across the Fringe festival circuit. If you have been lucky enough to attend one of his six one-man sell out shows, you know you’re in for a treat. Why not enjoy a barrel of laughs to compliment some barrel aged vino?

While you get to sample five incredible drops from WA, you can also enjoy some thoughtfully paired and prepared food with catering from local legends Heyder & Shears. Heyder & Shears have been known to provide incredible bites at Perth Concert Hall, WA Maritime Museum and WA Museum Boola Bardip.
