Notifying ARTRAGE of any access requirements

Should you need to advise our team of any access requirements for the event you wish to attend, please select “accessibility note” at checkout and describe the accessibility accommodations needed to meet your requirements.

For example, “I use a power wheelchair and require a wheelchair space”.

Alternatively, you can get in contact with us directly by access@artrage.com.au or call (08) 9227 6288 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) up to 48 hours prior to your performance date.

Note: When entering accessibility notes in your purchase, please ensure to enter your requirements for each individual event you are booking.

If you require assistance on the night, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your event start time and notifying Front of House staff who will be happy to help.
