If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing or have communication access requirements and need assistance, ARTRAGE encourages customers to contact us through the National Relay Service. Please request an accessible call to 'ARTRAGE on (08) 9227 6288' when prompted.
ARTRAGE Audience Support team will assist with access enquiries and ticket bookings. This service exists to assist anyone with an access requirement to make the most of ARTRAGE events.
ARTRAGE Audience Support can assist with:
- Ticketing information and booking
- Providing venue-specific accessibility information
- Providing event-specific accessibility information
- Securing complimentary companion card tickets
- Notifying venues of any access requirements
Notifying ARTRAGE of Access Requirements
Should you need to advise our team of any access requirements for the event you wish to attend, please select “accessibility note” at checkout and describe the accessibility accommodations needed to meet your requirements.
For example, “I use a power wheelchair and require a wheelchair space”.
Alternatively, you can get in contact with us directly by hello@artrage.com.au or call (08) 9227 6288 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) up to 48 hours prior to your performance date.
Note: When entering accessibility notes in your purchase, please ensure to enter your requirements for each individual event you are booking.
If you require assistance on the night, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your event start time and notifying Front of House staff who will be happy to help.
Companion Card Holders
Companion Cardholders are eligible to receive a second, complimentary ticket to the same session for a carer or companion (subject to availability) upon purchase of their own ticket.
How to register your Companion Card with ARTRAGE:
- Email a photo of your Companion Card OR your companion card number and expiry date to hello@artrage.com.au or call (08) 9227 6288 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
- Once verified we will email you and you’ll then be able to purchase (1) Companion Card ticket with every paid ticket. On this website, you will be limited to only booking (1) companion card ticket per performance. If you are booking for a group which includes multiple companion cardholders, please email hello@artrage.com.au
How to book a Companion Card ticket:
To book your companion card ticket on artrage.com.au, you will need to login to your account.
If you have your Companion Card registered to your ARTRAGE account, you will be able to add up to one (1) Companion Card ticket per performance when you purchase a paid ticket online.
Please note: The bearer must be able to present the Companion Card on the night to Front of House staff upon request.

Wheelchair Accessibility - Getting There
Accessible entrance to ROOFTOP MOVIES is via the Roe Street, car park elevator to the sixth floor.
If you are parking, there are designated accessible parking bays located on the ground floor of the car park which you can access from 68 Roe Street, Northbridge.
The elevator can be accessed directly from the ground floor of the car park, or via the pedestrian entrance from James Street.
There is an accessible bathroom located at ROOFTOP MOVIES on the sixth floor and also on the ground floor of the building.
Wheelchair Accessibility - Attending
The ROOFTOP MOVIES venue is wheelchair accessible.

Event Content Warnings
Event content warnings are displayed on each event page under the Content Warnings heading. These warnings may include loud noises, mental health, smoke effects, strobe lighting.

ARTRAGE honours the Companion Card fair ticketing scheme.
If you would like to redeem a Companion Card, email hello@artrage.com.au with your Companion Card number and expiry date. Once validated, you can book one Companion Card ticket per booking when logged into your account.
