The role:

Senior Accountant
Position: Senior Accountant

The role:
As Senior Accountant, you will be a vital part of financial processes within ARTRAGE, collaborating closely with the Leadership Team across all departments.
Your extensive experience, expertise, and innovation will be instrumental in enhancing the performance of our finance department. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, overseeing payroll procedures, conducting financial reconciliations, end of month financial reporting, and maintaining the overall integrity of our financial operations.Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the finance team and senior management, facilitating seamless communication and advocating for system and process improvements. Your forward-thinking approach and innovative solutions will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of ARTRAGE.

The role:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Corporate Services overall objective is to ensure that the organisation delivers holistic and best practice services in a dynamic Arts environment.
The Head of Corporate Services will make sound, ethical and intelligent business decisions, supported by factual data, rationale, and good judgement.
As part of the senior leadership team, the Head of Corporate Services will proactively support in order to facilitate; information sharing within and across the organisation, and advocate for the implementation of efficient systems and processes that sustain the organisation and its deliverables.
The Head of Corporate Services will be enabled through the overseeing of Finance, HR, Office Management, and Systems & IT. The functions of Head of Corporate Services will continue to evolve with the needs of the organisation and our stakeholders.
