Customer Service Administrator

We're looking for a team of Customer Service Administrators to assist with the upcoming FRINGE WORLD and Rooftop Movies seasons.

Contracts: Full-Time Fixed-Term Contracts, 3 November to 20 February (possibility of one role to commence earlier). 

The roles:

The Customer Service Administrators are the first point of contact for inbound customer communications via phone and email for ARTRAGE. Based at the ARTRAGE Head Office, this role is responsible for monitoring and responding to a high volume of enquiries during the Rooftop Movies and FRINGE WORLD Festival seasons.

This position requires prior experience in a customer service role and the ability to assist customers with ticket, voucher, and subscription bookings, as well as general enquiries.

FRINGE WORLD Box Office Staff

Seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Box Office Supervisors and Staff for FRINGE WORLD Festival.

The roles:

Box Office Staff

FRINGE WORLD Box Office staff are often the first faces customers will see when attending the festival. The primary responsibility is to provide FRINGE WORLD audiences, artists and stakeholders with superior, accurate and individualised customer service. We're looking for people with confident, enthusiastic and approachable natures with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Box Office Supervisors

Supervisors are the team leaders of the Box Offices and are responsible for the overall coordination of the Box Office staff, including support and assisting with any customer complaints. Supervisor applicants will have experience in a Supervisory role, will be able to positively lead a team of staff and possess the ability to resolve customer conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

Producer

Play a pivotal role in the successful execution of FRINGE WORLD Festival and other key projects and bringing artistic visions to life!

The role:

The Producer is a key contributor to the successful execution of the FRINGE WORLD Festival and other key projects. 

Working closely with artists and other stakeholders, the Producer will play a pivotal role in bringing artistic visions to life while ensuring the income targets of the organisation are met. The Producer is responsible for delivering a high level of service for artists, ensuring artists see value in presenting with ARTRAGE and delivering work of high value for audiences. 

The Producer will have a keen eye for talent, an understanding of audience demand and markets and will be responsible for establishing relationships with national and international artists, producers and presenters and the wider arts industry sector.

The role:

We are on the lookout for new members to join the team. If you enjoy working at interesting venues, enjoy customer service and are looking for some casual night-time shift work over the summer season, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities will include assisting setting up the venue, scanning tickets, selling snacks and drinks at the Bar, making fresh popcorn daily and cleaning up the venue at the end of the night, all under the direction of the Venue Manager.
