FRINGE WORLD F&B Site Supervisor

The Role
Help keep the food, drinks and good times flowing at FRINGE WORLD events!
We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Site Supervisor to support the on-ground delivery of food and beverage operations across FRINGE WORLD Festival, Rooftop Movies and other ARTRAGE events.
If you're a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams and knows how to keep bars, stock and operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you.

The roles:
These teams are pivotal to the operations at the FRINGE WORLD Festival Hub venues, with roles covering all aspects of onsite hospitality operations from bar service to the Bettercup reuse program. We are looking for hardworking, confident and energetic people to provide hospitality and excellent customer service to our patrons. Please note - your involvement in previous FRINGE WORLD Festivals does not guarantee you placement for FRINGE WORLD Festival 2027.
IMPORTANT DATES:
A mandatory paid training session will take place on Monday 18th January 2027 from 6-9pm.
Roles will start from Monday 11th January 2027 and finish the week ending Sunday 21st February 2027
Front of House Attendant & Front of House Venue Supervisor - FRINGE WORLD 2027

The roles:
The Front of House team is pivotal to the operations at the FRINGE WORLD Festival Hub venues. We are looking for passionate, hardworking people to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. If you are confident, enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal, operational and verbal communication skills, this is the job for you!
IMPORTANT DATES:
A mandatory paid training session will take place on Monday 18th January 2027 from 6-9pm.
Roles will start from the Monday 11th January 2027 and finish the week ending the Sunday 21st February 2027
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Due to new ARTRAGE Child Safety Policy, Venue Supervisors are now required to hold a valid Western Australian Working With Children Check.

Festival Site & Build Crew
Help bring ARTRAGE’s events to life! We’re recruiting general crew, tent builders, carpenters, scenic crew, forklift and telehandler operators, runners and truck drivers with an MR licence or higher to join our casual Site and Build Crew pool.

The Roles
Help bring ARTRAGE’s events to life! We’re recruiting general crew, tent builders, carpenters, scenic crew, forklift and telehandler operators, runners and truck drivers with an MR licence or higher to join our casual Site and Build Crew pool.
Working with our Production team, you’ll help build, maintain and pack down Rooftop Movies, The Pleasure Garden and our satellite activation spaces. Duties vary by role and may include venue builds, infrastructure and décor installation, loading equipment, deliveries and collections.
We’re looking for reliable, practical people who communicate clearly, work safely and enjoy working as a team. We welcome experienced event crew and people with trade, construction, transport or warehouse backgrounds. General crew applicants don’t need a trade qualification.
Hours and availability
Work is offered on an ad hoc basis, with the most hours available during bump-in and bump-out. Fewer production shifts are available during live operations, and regular hours are not guaranteed.
Applicants can also express interest in Bars, Front of House and Box Office opportunities during this period.
You don’t need to be available for every work period. Tell us your preferred roles and availability when you apply.

FRINGE WORLD bump-in: 23 December–20 January
FRINGE WORLD live operations: Between bump-in and bump-out

Required qualifications
A White Card is required for all crew. Specialist roles require relevant experience, training and licences. Please see the position description for individual role requirements.
FRINGE WORLD Box Office Staff

We’re currently hiring for:

Our Box Office teams help audiences, artists and stakeholders with friendly, accurate, personalised and proactive customer service. You’ll be selling tickets, memberships and vouchers through our ticketing system (Red61), helping customers discover shows they’ll love, and answering general Fringey questions.
We’re looking for confident, approachable people with strong communication skills, solid computer literacy, and plenty of enthusiasm for FRINGE WORLD.
