Fervor was established in 2013, and is helmed by Chef Paul 'Yoda' Iskov and partner Stephne Pronk. Based in the Margaret River region on
Wadandi Country in Western Australia, they have garnered international acclaim for their unique approach to showcasing native ingredients and inciting connection to land and country.

Chef Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov’s highly regarded reputation in the kitchen comes from having worked in some of the most celebrated restaurants in the world. These include Perth’s own Restaurant Amusé, Vue De Monde in Melbourne, D.O.M in Sao Paulo, COI in San Francisco, Pujol in Mexico City, and Noma in Copenhagen.

With a passion for indigenous ingredients and a deep respect for sustainability, Chef Iskov has revolutionized the culinary scene by integrating native Australian flora and fauna into his dishes.

Fervor’s philosophy revolves around creating immersive dining experiences that highlight the flavours and stories of Australia’s wild and remote landscapes. Chef Iskov truly celebrates the art of foraging from Western Australia’s vast land offerings.
